ABOUT ARKANSAS MOLD & WATER

Restoration is technical work. Trust is personal.

When water or mold affects a property, people need more than equipment. They need clear answers, careful documentation, and a team that treats the situation with urgency and respect. Arkansas Mold & Water is a founder-led Central Arkansas restoration company built around those principles.

Mold Remediation Experience

Arkansas Mold & Water, Inc. was founded in June 2014 by Ken Mullen and Mike Flowers. Before starting the company, they spent years working together for leading restoration firms in Central Arkansas.

They understood the technical side of water mitigation and mold remediation. Just as important, they understood what the experience felt like for a homeowner, business owner, or property manager: unfamiliar damage, urgent decisions, insurance questions, and strangers entering a private space.

They built Arkansas Mold & Water to bring those two sides of restoration together—professional standards on the job and personal accountability with the customer.

Most assignments are managed by the company’s in-house team. When large losses require additional resources, trusted subcontractors are brought in and supervised so communication and workmanship remain accountable.

Clear guidance is part of the restoration.

Property damage creates enough uncertainty. Our job is to make the next steps easier to understand.

Local work should strengthen the place you call home.

Arkansas Mold & Water financially supports Central Arkansas associations, charities, and institutions and makes an effort to source equipment, supplies, and professional resources from local companies.

The company does not publicize every organization it supports. That restraint fits the same philosophy it brings to restoration work: help where it matters, communicate honestly, and respect privacy.

Little Rock Animal Village

Support for the city shelter and the animals it serves.

Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts

Support for cultural experiences that enrich the community and state.

Little Rock Compassion Center

Financial support for organizations serving vulnerable and disadvantaged neighbors.

Local Purchasing

A preference for Central Arkansas suppliers, equipment sources, and professional resources.

The standard is not simply finishing the job.

01

Integrity

Honest guidance, realistic expectations, and work performed with care.

02

Communication

Clear explanations before, during, and after the restoration process.

03

Professional Standards

Training, moisture control, documentation, and disciplined work practices.

04

Respect

Care for the property, the customer’s time, and the privacy of the situation.

Property damage is personal. Service should respect that.

Water damage, mold, and remediation work are not always situations customers want advertised to neighbors, tenants, employees, or passersby.

Arkansas Mold & Water operates an unmarked white box truck to provide professional service with greater discretion. It is a small operational choice that says something important about how the company views its customers.

When the situation is uncertain, the company you call should not be.
